Project Overview
A USD 6.25 Million eleven-storey mixed-use building with basement at Mtendeni, Ilala District. Completed in October 2008, the development combines commercial spaces on lower floors with residential apartments above. The structural engineering accommodated different functional requirements while ensuring seamless integration of commercial and residential uses. The project was executed in association with SR Consult Ltd and Agreneb Consult Ltd.
